SIT Serving Islam Team (HK) was founded in 2003 by Mr. Wael Ibrahim. Since its inception, the association has been active in introducing and presenting Islam to a general audience in a friendly manner, through different activities including distributing free books, arranging mosque tours etc.  

Over the years, SIT has developed a significant presence in the Islamic sphere of Hong Kong working with a vision of creating an inclusive environment for communities to connect and grow together in faith.

With the establishment of Connect Institute, Serving Islam Team has become its Dawah leg, working to make the Islamic knowledge accessible to the community in Hong Kong
